Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Manchester office)

Salary: up to £60,000 DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Automation Engineer to join a well-established business in the fintech sector, with offices across the UK. With over 30 years of success, this company is looking to expand its team and is looking for a strong Test Automation Engineer to help enhance and evolve their automation testing practices.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in test automation, including writing automated test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Solid experience with WebDriverIO or Playwright for browser-based testing
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium or Appium for mobile application testing
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like GitHub Actions
  • Background in testing web and mobile applications, with minimal API testing required
  • Knowledge of automated testing strategies for React-based projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
