Concrete Tower's business\nunit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and\ninstallation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

\n

• Provide technical assistance to the\nConstruction and Project Management departments

  \n

• Support the\nTender Management team in crane and installation operations by\npreparing documentation and technical input during the bidding\nprocess

\n

• Analyze\ncrane operations and construction site layouts to support project\nplanning and execution

\n

\n

• Review lifting plans and propose crane\nstrategies

\n

• \n

  Prepare and maintain KPI reports for performance tracking\n

• Manage\ntechnical documentation, including instructions, updates, and\nchange management processes

\n

\n

YOUR PROFILE\n

  Strong attention to detail with precision in documentation\nand reporting

\n

  Abilityy to multitask efficiently without compromising\nquality

  Collaborative mindset with adaptability to different team\ndynamics

  Resourceful approach to solving logistical and\nadministrative challenges

• Solid understanding of crane capacities,\noperations, and site layout planning

• Experience in\nsupporting tender processes, including documentation, data\nanalysis, and compliance

• Proficiency in managing contracts, permits, and\nlegal documentation

\n

  Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, meetings,\nand coordination

\n

  Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite, project\nmanagement tools, plus experience with CAD and LICCON software\n

• Clear\ncommunication across departments, suppliers, contractors, and\nstakeholders

\n

• \n

  English proficiency at minimum B2 level is required\n

Willingness to travel: You\nare ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project\nrequirements.
