Temporary Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager (Holiday Cover)

Location: Methil, Fife

Duration: 2 Weeks (Commencing w/c 13th October 2025)

Rate: Up to £28 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm



We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on an External Wall Insulation (EWI) project in Methil, Fife.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain health & safety standards in line with regulations.



*



Manage site workforce and subcontractors.



*



Monitor progress and report to senior management.



*



Ensure quality standards are met throughout the works.



Requirements:



*



Valid SMSTS certification.



*



Current CSCS card.



*



First Aid at Work qualification.



*



Previous experience managing EWI or similar construction/refurbishment projects.



*



Strong organisational and communication skills.



This is a great short-term opportunity for a reliable and proactive Site Manager to step in and keep the project running smoothly.
