Temporary Hybrid Order Entry Specialist
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow hiring a Temporary Hybrid Order Entry Clerk in Fort Worth, TX! The Order Entry Clerk will play a pivotal role in supporting our order processing operations for a designated group of customers. You'll manage a high volume of document transactions, both manual and electronic, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering orders into the AS400 system, following standard operating procedures and customer-specific requirements
- Ensuring all Order Entry Flags/Exceptions are adhered to and not overridden
- Validating inventory records to determine accurate availability and ship dates
- performing administrative support tasks such as sending short ship notifications, order acknowledgments, and sample order entries when time permits.
Requirements:
- Proven data order entry experience with high volume and attention to detail
- Ability to type 60 WPM and proficiency in Excel
- Highly disciplined and capable of following detailed instructions
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Experience with AS400
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $17.00/hour
