Job Description
Your new company \nYour new company is an education provider in Liverpool.\nYour new role \nYour new role as Compliance Manager will require you to oversee the estates maintenance function for statutory compliance. \nYour role will require you to ensure the safe upkeeping of asbestos, legionella, fire, gas, electric and lifts etc.\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed \nTo succeed, you will need a background in estates maintenance and experience of managing contractors on a mixture of Building and M&E related projects.\nWhat you'll get in return \nIn return, you will receive a temporary contract with the likelihood that it will go permanent.
