You will ensure our fleet is service-ready, safe, and compliant, while delivering exceptional product support and guidance to customers and colleagues alike.\nKey responsibilities include:\n * \n Driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.\n * \n Ensuring fleet compliance, readiness, and service documentation upkeep.\n * \n Performing and supervising major product repairs.\n * \n Supporting testing processes and fleet preparation for hire.\n * \n Partnering with the SHEQ team to maintain compliance.\n * \n Attending customer visits and project meetings.\n * \n Assisting with the creation of training materials and supporting training sessions.\n About You\nWe’re looking for someone who is hands-on, technically competent, and passionate about customer service.\nYou’ll bring:\n * \n Prior experience with Temperature Control products/applications.\n * \n Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).\n * \n Project management experience.\n * \n Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.\n * \n A flexible, self-motivated approach and willingness to embrace training opportunities.\n * \n Great organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.\n * \n A valid UK driving licence.\n What We Offer\nYou will be joining a highly successful, industry-leading organisation with fantastic opportunities to grow your career.
