Job DescriptionSite Manager - Social Housing Planned MaintenanceBased in GrimsbyFull time, temporary - around 5 /6 weeks£250 day rateWe are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver Social Housing refurbishment works in Grimsby. This role is a temporary position for around 5/6 weeks.As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.We're looking for an established Site Manager who has previously worked as a Site Manager for a main contractor, covering planned maintenance projects in Social Housing properties .
