Temp - Planner/Scheduler

TSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Planner/scheduler for a tier one main contractor based in Oldham.



This is a Temporary role to start as soon as possible and the role will run to June 2024, potentially longer.



The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective customer care service, liaising with tenants and technicians to manage reactive repairs. You must have experience working as a planner/scheduler for a social housing contract.



The role is to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm



Duties



* Liaise with all tenants, operatives and the client to establish an excellent response to all queries.



* Managing inbound and outbound calls on the system.



* Managing operatives diaries.



* General administration duties and document control.



* Deal with council and housing contracts, planning and scheduling essential and emergency property maintenance works.



* Tracking and monitoring to works to their completion.



* Ensure all trades are present on-site and works completed in line with timeframes.



* Be able to work in a fast paced and demanding role.
