Position: Telesales/Inside Sales Consultant\n\nIndustry: Renewable Energy/Residential Solar Panels\n\nLocation: Portsmouth - Onsite 5 days a week (no hybrid or remote working available for this role)\n\nHours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility required)\n\nPackage: Base Salary £25,000 - £30,000, OTE £65,000 - £100,000 per annum\n\nProsper Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading provider of residential solar panel solutions, dedicated to helping homeowners reduce their energy costs and carbon footprints. Due to rapid expansion plans and recent successes they are now looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive for their Southern Region.\n\nRole Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive/Virtual Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads generated through various channels to book online appointments for product presentations.

This position requires a motivated individual with a background in telesales and an understanding of technical sales processes, preferably within the solar industry. Your main objective will be to qualify leads accurately and facilitate two-stage sales meetings to convert prospects into satisfied customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConduct outbound calls to warm leads to book your online appointments to effectively communicate the value of residential solar panels\nSchedule online appointments for sales presentations, managing your calendar efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities.\nConduct thorough fact-finding during initial meetings to gather qualified information regarding client needs and preferences.\nPresent tailored product solutions during second stage online meetings, providing detailed figures, the convert to a sale and discuss next steps to clients.\nMaintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.\nAchieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive client experience.Qualifications:\n\nProven experience in online sales and a strong telesales background, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.\nGood technical awareness and understanding of the solar industry (experience in other sectors is considered).\nDemonstrated ability to convert leads into sales successfully online.\nExcellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.Compensation Structure:\n\n Base Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa \n\nCommission per Sale: £450\nMinimum Standard Earnings: £73,200 (minimum 2 sales per week)\nOn-target Earnings: £94,800 (average 3 sales per week)\nHigh Achiever Earnings: £138,000 (5+ sales per week)Our client embraces in their workforce, recognising that a variety of perspectives drives innovation and success.
