We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our new cell site development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handoff, ensuring that all aspects of development are handled efficiently and effectively. What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project parameters and translate customer needs into formal requirements.

• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports, managing task assignments and reporting on project scope.

• Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end-users, service organizations, vendors, and implementation partners.

• Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprise management of potential risks, issues, and recommended mitigations.

• Ensure a satisfactory transfer of custody and control of the product upon handoff and close out all project documentation.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

• Specialized Skills: 8-12 years of experience with new cell site development, specifically with "Soft Cost" entitlement skills.

• Priority Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with leases, building permits, and zoning processes are essential for this role.

A Typical Day

Your day will be dynamic and focused on execution. A significant portion of your time will be spent managing and meeting with vendors who are submitting critical project components like leases, drawings, and permit applications to ensure they meet project standards and deadlines.
