• Leads complex installations and major equipment swaps.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve network outages and performance issues.
• Conducts in-depth integration and commissioning of new sites or features.
• Mentors and provides on-the-job training to junior technicians.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and RF issues.
• Expertise in using and interpreting data from sophisticated test equipment.
• Strong knowledge of various OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equipment and network topologies.
• Ability to work independently on critical issues and make sound technical decisions.
