Technology Deployment Program Manager
Atlanta area
70% remote with occasional onsite work
Long term engagement
New technology is exciting.
Making it work consistently across dozens or hundreds of locations is where the real challenge begins.
We’re looking for a Technology Deployment Program Manager who can take successful robotics pilot programs and turn them into scalable, repeatable deployments. This role sits within an innovation-focused team and helps determine where robotics solutions deliver the most operational value and how they should be rolled out across different environments.
You’ll evaluate pilot performance, build business cases, and develop practical frameworks that guide future deployments. The work involves close collaboration with operations teams, site leaders, procurement partners, and technology vendors to ensure each robotics initiative produces measurable results.
Candidates located in the Atlanta area are strongly since the role will occasionally require onsite collaboration.
Must haves
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, operations analysis, or technology evaluation
• Experience supporting technology deployments, operational improvement initiatives, or innovation programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and ROI analyses
• Experience developing frameworks, playbooks, or decision tools that guide operational or technology initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and leadership
Nice to have
• Consulting experience in strategy, management consulting, or internal consulting roles
• Experience evaluating vendors or participating in procurement processes
• Experience building dashboards or analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Interest in emerging technologies such as robotics and automation
In this role you’ll analyze data from robotics pilots, define success metrics, and help determine where and how robotics solutions should be deployed. You’ll also develop decision-support tools, create implementation playbooks, and support sourcing and vendor evaluation efforts.
The goal is to transform early-stage pilots into scalable solutions that improve operations, productivity, and long-term return on investment.
At iSphere, we value professionals who combine analytical thinking with practical execution. If you enjoy evaluating emerging technology, building structured deployment strategies, and helping organizations scale innovation, we’d love to connect.
If you’re in the Atlanta area and ready to help bring robotics solutions from pilot to enterprise scale, let’s talk.
