Position Summary and Location
The job purpose includes operations, maintenance, analysis, design, and technology support for customer sites and network globally. Interested individuals must be qualified at all levels of LAN and WAN, Voice, and Security technologies as per the qualifications listed in the job description. Knowledge of standard project management practices with excellent written and oral communications skills are also required.

REQUIRED

2+ years’ experience in Data, Wireless and Security technologies

Experience of directly working with customer and client technical teams

Designing wireless networks for WAN and LAN solutions

IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and routing

Designing global call routing on Cisco VG, CME, CUE, and CCM
-
CCNA, CCNP Route & Switch/ CCNP Security / CCNP Voice / CCDA / CCDP / Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Design Specialist / Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Support Specialist

ITIL Certified
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Working Conditions
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
-
Configuring, testing, and troubleshooting of network equipment such as Cisco routers/switches, IP phones, CME, CUE, and wireless LAN equipment in coordination with Project, Engineering, and Customer teams.

Document network designs, configurations, and network change requests as per standard operating procedure in order to support communications services at Global Operations Center.

Maximize network performance through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
-
Willing to work in 24x7 environment / monthly rotational shifts
-
Flexible schedule and sense of urgency while handling escalations that impact business operations and services

Excellent communications skills, ability to work well independently and in a team.

Participate in project planning activities

Continuously strive to learn new technology, product solutions in order to support projects and operations

Standardize global design and documentation of data, voice, and video support globally
