*The Technician Production Operations role for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and Life Science is responsible process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuance improvement, and compliance and safety. *
*This position is part of Life Science and Diagnostics departments located in Miami, FL and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. *

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
- Participate in troubleshooting of various methods of production processes and recommend solutions or process improvements
- Interact with departments and colleagues within and outside of Production, including, but not limited to QC, QA, Development, Marketing, Engineering, etc.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 2+ years of experience in technical manufacturing environment
- *Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. *
- Experience with MS office products, Microsoft Excel, email.
It would be a plus if you also have possessed previous experience in:
- Previous laboratory work experience , especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time & be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to communicate in English

The hourly rate for this role is $29.18. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This rate may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
