We’re looking for a hands-on Technician to support day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems on the floor, and being part of a team that keeps production running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Operate hand and power tools, production equipment, and forklifts
• Set up, adjust, clean, and perform minor maintenance on machines
• Monitor processes using visual checks, data, and testing methods
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment, materials, or processes
• Handle, move, label, package, and document materials and products
• Maintain accurate records and support process documentation
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Support team activities including meetings, communication, and scheduling
• Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for tracking and reporting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations
