Job Title: Technician I – Manufacturing (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Sparta, TN (100% Onsite)
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Day or Night available)
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Technician I to join our client’s manufacturing team in Sparta, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you will receive training on all production equipment and support processes. You must be flexible to work rotating schedules and comfortable in a hands-on, physically active role.

Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thu (36 hrs)

Week 2: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat (48 hrs – includes 8 hrs overtime)

Shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (day) or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (night)

Responsibilities
-
Operate production equipment and follow ISO/TS16949 quality procedures.

Perform safety and equipment inspections and report issues.
-
Record and track materials and production lot information accurately.
-
Set up processes and prepare blends per instructions.
-
Package and label finished goods properly.
-
Gather, stage, and load raw materials; collect QC samples.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production areas.

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Participate in problem-solving and basic maintenance as needed.

Complete required audits, inspections, and training programs.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must pass the online production assessment prior to interview confirmation.

Prior manufacturing experience .

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have forklift experience.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (bending, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling).

Strong teamwork, flexibility, and communication skills.
