We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! We are looking for people who will be on time, listen to customer concerns and provide them with the best repair or replacement options and to address their individual needs to either complete or assist in that repair or replacement. We are looking to hire individuals who will embrace our company's culture and take part in improving it.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Listen to the customer concerns and provide estimates for solutions to their individual needs.
- Perform your repairs with pride.
- Own your mistakes and learn from them.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (Plumbing is a bonus)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
