Responsibilities:

• Develop manuals and guides for IT software, workflows, and systems—ensuring content supports users and IT staff.
• Work directly with IT teams and subject-matter experts to ensure documentation reflects current technologies.
• Write and post IT job descriptions on specialized platforms; screen and interview candidates for software, network, and tech support roles.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding for IT hires, helping teams grow with the right expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years’ experience developing technical documentation for IT or software products .
• 2+ years’ experience recruiting IT professionals .
