Position Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide phone-based assistance to our dealers. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting technical issues, answering product questions, and ensuring dealers get the support they need to keep their customers happy.
Responsibilities

Provide phone support to authorized dealers regarding hot tub installation, operation, and troubleshooting.

Document issues and resolutions in our system for tracking and improvement.

Work closely with engineering and service teams to escalate complex cases.

Deliver excellent communication and customer service with every interaction.
Qualifications

Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field (experience in HVAC, plumbing, spas, or similar industries is a plus).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
