Position Overview

Technical Support Specialist, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) role entails both day-to-day technical support, customer training, and customer service work to sustain and improve our technical support organization.


Qualifications

· Experience with Autodesk products, namely Autodesk Construction Cloud.

· General knowledge in construction processes and terminology.

· High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2-years technical support or customer service experience.

· Troubleshooting experience with Windows operating systems and applications

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate to our clients.

· Ability to assess each customer’s skill level and communicate complex information in simple, clear terms.

· A good working attitude and a desire to be a key member of the U.S. CAD team and make a difference in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry.

Qualifications:

· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· CompTIA, Autodesk, or equivalent technical certifications.

· Experience with Autodesk software.


Essential Functions

· Provide in-person and remote support for ACC on desktop browser and iPad app.

· Conduct in-person and remote ACC training for general contractors, sub-contractors, and owner teams.

· Effectively communicate the benefits of Autodesk technology and U.S. CAD services to our clients.

· Assist with data integrity requests consisting of:

o Maintenance of members email, company, and permissions in projects

o Maintenance of project files and data in projects

o Auditing and maintaining project settings per client guidelines

o Provide project member and data reports to onsite QA/QC team

· Report to internal team on weekly and as needed basis

· Attend meetings (internal and client facing) for ACC related projects

· Ability to communicate and train ACC to clients, focusing on the following:

o Account and Project Administrator Module:

· Inviting and managing project members

· Adjusting project settings

o Document Management:

· Adding and editing folder permissions

· Uploading and managing files

o Field Management:

· Creating and editing checklist templates

· Adding and editing checklists

· Adding and editing issues

o Assets:

· Adding and editing assets

· Bulk import and export assets

· Linking checklist templates, checklists, and issues to assets

o Insight:

· Creating project dashboards

· Creating reports for checklists and issues

· All other duties as assigned

· Duties and assignments are subject to change


Physical Requirements:

• Requires prolonged period of sitting, with occasional standing

• Continuous use of computers and other office equipment

• Occasionally required to lift, carry, push or pulling and/or move up to 10-25 lbs.

• The ability to travel maybe required for key events

Pay range for this position: $70k-$90K
