A leading provider in the engineering sector, based in Warrington, WA1 4RZ, is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer. Offering a competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, this full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00) includes benefits that foster professional growth and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical enquiries from customers and internal teams
- Deliver remote diagnostics using digital tools
- Provide clear technical guidance, work instructions, and service bulletins
- Collaborate across teams to boost first-time fix rates

Skills, Experience, and Education:
Communication:
- Ability to communicate confidently at a technical level
Knowledge/Expertise:
- Strong engineering background and solid experience resolving technical issues
- Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems (desirable)
Innovation:
- Ability to read technical drawings and create clear documentation
Business Impact:
- Excellent IT skills and great time management
- Relevant engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
