Job Title: Oncall Technical Support
Experience: 5 years
Location: Providence, RI (Onsite)
Duration: 3 years Contract; Possible extension
Job Description:
- Respond to emergency situations involving field devices or system failures
- Coordinate with client and emergency responders as needed
- Ensure uptime of mission-critical systems
Required Experience:
- Must have field-level knowledge of ITS systems and TMC operations
- 2–4 years’ experience in rapid-response or emergency support for public safety or transportation systems
Certifications:
- No formal certification required
- First responder coordination or safety training (e.g., TIMS) is a plus
