Technical Support Engineer – Enterprise IT (German/English) – Hybrid (Munich/Stuttgart Area)
We’re hiring on behalf of an independent, fast-growing IT services provider that partners with global technology leaders to deliver cutting-edge infrastructure and data solutions. They serve enterprise customers across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
They’re seeking an experienced IT professional with 4+ years in customer-facing enterprise roles to join their delivery team supporting strategic projects across southern Germany.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or assist IT infrastructure projects including deployments, migrations, and cloud integrations
- Work hands-on with VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Azure, and networking solutions
- Conduct client workshops to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot and document complex IT environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients/partners
- Hybrid: approx. 40% remote, 60% travel within Munich/Stuttgart region
What You Bring
- 5+ years enterprise IT or consulting experience
- Fluent German & proficient English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Expertise in virtualization, networking, hybrid-cloud, Windows Server, or Linux
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
