Technical Support Advisor\n\nUxbridge\n\n£27k to £30k per annum\n\nA fantastic role has become available for a Technical Support Advisor to join a wonderful company based in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge and understanding of technical processes as well as exceptional customer service skills. This role would suit candidates working in a retail role where you provide technical support on products, looking for their first office role, or, candidates who have worked in a similar office position before, looking for a new challenge.\n\nAre you a technical whizz and savvy with fixing electrical equipment?\n\nIf so, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!!\n\nRole responsibilities:\n\nReceive inbound calls from customers and make out bound calls where the breakdown has been received by other channels\nAdd clear notes on calls which are progressed for attendance\nCreate service reports with a clear description once a call has been cleared over the phone\nProactively Review remote access reports for faults on equipment likely to cause a breakdown\nUse Remote access software to log on to customers equipment\nWork closely with the Scheduling Team to progress calls in a timely manner where attendance is required\nHighlight any potential escalations to the relevant Managers\nCandidate profile:\n\nPrevious experience in a technical support role\nPassionate about providing excellent Customer Service\nExcellent telephone manner and good verbal and written communication skills\nKnowledge of Salesforce and Excel useful but not essential\nWhat you need to do now\n\nIf you're interested in this role please apply and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
