Job Description / Desired Qualifications:

• 10+ Years' Experience
• A solutions architect selects the best technology solution from among those available to solve existing business problems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 40% Architecture Leadership
• 40% Hands-On Engineering & Solution Development
• 10% Delivery Planning & Work Allocation
• 10% Operational Support, Escalations & Continuous Improvement Proven experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, automation, or agentic AI initiatives from design through production deployment.
• Strong expertise in AI architecture patterns, LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration strategies.
• Hands-on software engineering background with demonstrated experience designing and building production-grade solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, and governing engineering delivery.
• Strong understanding of security, responsible AI, compliance, scalability, observability, and operational support models.
• Ability to balance strategic architecture leadership with hands-on engineering execution in a fast-paced delivery environment.
