Technical Services Manager\n\nJob Type: Permanent\nStart Date: Immediate or notice period\nIndustry: Facilities Management\nLocation: Merseyside (site-based)\nSalary: Up to £50,000 + package\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nWe are supporting a well-established Facilities Management provider in their search for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a key contract in Merseyside. The role is predominantly site-based and will suit someone with a strong FM background who can lead day-to-day technical operations, drive performance, and maintain excellent client relationships.\n\nThis is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability and progression within a reputable FM business.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Lead the day-to-day delivery of hard FM services on site(s)\n* Manage and support a team of engineers/supervisors and specialist sub-contractors\n* Monitor, report and analyse KPI performance, ensuring service standards are met consistently\n* Plan and coordinate PPM schedules and manage reactive works to SLA\n* Work closely with compliance teams to ensure statutory and contractual compliance is maintained\n* Provide regular updates and attend meetings with the client and internal stakeholders\n* Liaise with wider departments and provide clear reporting to senior management\n* Support budget awareness, quoting and cost control where required\n\nRequirements:\n* Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager (or equivalent) within Facilities Management\n* Strong technical understanding of hard FM / building services\n* Confident managing teams, performance, and site delivery\n* Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills\n* Demonstrable track record of delivering FM services to agreed KPIs and standards\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n* Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits package\n\nIf you're interested, please send your CV or call Tom on (phone number removed)
