Job Description
Parkeray is a professional Main Contractor specialising in the fit out and refurbishment of office buildings andcommercial premises within Central London and the Home Counties.\n\nWould not suit someone who is used to large value projects.\n\nMust have full building services knowledge within fit out.\n\nWith an array of projects of varying size and value, we are looking for a Technical Services Manager to work in our Lite (small works) team.\nYou;ll be responsible for all aspects of the technical services management of our commercial fit-out projects ranging from £50K to £1M plus.\n\nA natural people person and relationship builder, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to navigate the complexities of the technical services process with precision and integrity.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n· Minimum of 5/7 years’ experience post graduate\n· Preferably some main Contractor experience\n· Commercial fit out experience\n· Knowledge of all aspects of building services\n\nResponsibilities:\n· Oversee the design, coordination, installation, and commissioning of MEP services on commercial office fit- out projects.\n· Be of a contracting background – ideally with good design and build experience, with a good all-round understanding of all aspects of building services i.e. lifts, voice & data, sprinklers, AV, Security, mechanical & electrical services.\n· Ensure compliance with building regulations, industry standards, and health & safety protocols.\n· Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and clients to ensure project success.\n· Identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently while maintaining project timelines.\n· Conduct site inspections, progress reports, and quality control checks.\n· Manage procurement and value engineering to optimise project costs.\n· Lead the commissioning and handover process to ensure full operational functionality.\nA full job description is available on request\n\nBenefits:\n· A competitive salary and benefits package.\n· Stable, supportive work environment with ongoing training & development.\n· Working with a talented team of professionals
