M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased)

Location: London

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Package (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

My client is seeking an experienced M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased) to take ownership of building services delivery on complex heritage and restoration projects across Surrey, London, and the Home Counties.

This is a site-based role where you’ll manage MEP design, subcontractors, and services integration from tender through to handover and aftercare. You’ll also be responsible for commissioning programmes, utilities installations, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant qualifications and ability to obtain/maintain CSCS accreditation
• Strong MEP technical knowledge, with a mechanical bias
• Proven track record delivering heritage or listed building refurbishments
• Comprehensive understanding of commissioning processes
• Experience managing utilities and statutory authority coordination
• Commercial awareness and ability to evaluate subcontractor submissions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
