About your role



Work closely with the FM Partner to ensure deliverance of technical responsibilities

Develop the contract lifecycle plan

Asset management

Commercial management

Manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint across the contract

Review, manage and control technical processes

Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels

Working to increase the performance of the contract across all technical areaAbout you



Technically qualified in electrical, mechanical or air conditioning engineering - Ideally at HNC, equivalent or above

Experience of managing critical contracts - within the healthcare sector

Commercially astute

Accustomed to being the lead Technical contact on a contract - Electrically or Mechanically

Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge

Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally

Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issuesCandidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly .



This role is based on site in Manchester



You may have experience as one of the following: Technical Services, Technical Services Manager, Hard Services Manager, Head of Technical, Engineering Services Manager, Electrical Manager, Mechanical Manager, HVAC Manager
