We’re working with a well-established yet rapidly growing fit-out business that’s showing no signs of slowing down. Turnover recently pushed past the £200m mark, this year it’s set to grow significantly again, and with the pipeline already secured, the goal of hitting around half a billion in the next couple of years looks more than achievable.

One thing that really stands out is staff retention - in the past two years, only one Technical Services Manager has moved on, out of a team of around 20. That says a lot about the culture, the projects, and the people you’d be working alongside.

You’ll be based out of a lovely open-plan office in Central London, surrounded by a team with a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach where everyone pulls together to deliver.

We’re looking for Technical Services Managers who want to work on CAT A & CAT B fit-outs across Central London. Of course, building services knowledge is important, but just as valuable is the right attitude, drive, and willingness to succeed.
