PrideStaff on behalf of a client in Hollywood is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Service Technician who is able to support the customer service team. This is a 6 month project.

Responsibilities: 

• Create and maintain 3D CAD models (SolidWorks proficiency required). Develop installation guides, mounting instructions, and technical specification sheets.
• Maintain ERP product information, coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, manufacturing), and manage product launch documentation
• Handle technical inquiries (phone/email), troubleshoot installation issues, and provide expert guidance on product application and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong technical writing ability for creating clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software and strong knowledge of USA electrical standards and codes (NEC compliance)
• Customer service with professional phone and email etiquette.
   

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
