This role is essential to provide our customers with industry-leading customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with medical devices
- Perform repairs and maintenance on medical devices
- Document repairs made and parts used in our ERP system
- Collaborate with QA Engineers as required on details of complaint investigation
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with new products and technologies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or repair
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technical software
- Ability to travel out of state
