As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student or to join our technical team and support our CRM and customer service processes.


Role Overview:


As a Working Student or in the Technical Support team, you will play a key role in managing chat and email inquiries, handling CRM cases, and assisting with warranty and out-of-warranty replacement processes. This position will also involve overseeing service payments and collection processes while maintaining direct communication with customers to gather necessary information.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Interact with the technical team to provide support for chat and email inquiries.
  • Manage CRM processes, including creating, handling, and tracking basic CRM cases.
  • Initiate and oversee the warranty and out-of-warranty replacement and pickup processes.
  • Manage service payments and handle collection processes.
  • Communicate directly with customers to obtain necessary information related to their cases.
  • Ensure all processes are documented accurately and in a timely manner.


Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields).
  • A technical background is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and structured work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with precision.
  • Experience in CRM process management or logistics management is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
  • Fluent in German and English is a must, additional European skills are a plus.
