At DIT-MCO International, we design and service advanced test systems used in mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. As a Technical Service Engineer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our equipment running at peak performance—whether on the production floor or at the customer site.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Frontline of Support – Install, troubleshoot, and repair DIT-MCO test systems and software at customer sites across the U.S., ensuring minimal downtime for our mission-critical partners.
- Keep Communication Flowing – Provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, and remote support; respond quickly and professionally to customer needs.
- Repair & Restore – Perform board-level diagnostics and subassembly repairs, both onsite and in our in-house test lab.
- Document and Deliver – Prepare clear, detailed service reports and track issues using internal systems to support follow-up and resolution.
- Build Strong Partnerships – Work closely with internal teams and customer contacts to resolve problems, identify upgrade opportunities, and support long-term system success.
- Travel with Purpose – Travel extensively to customer locations for hands-on service and support—travel is a key part of this role.

Requirements:
What You Bring
- Technical Education or Proven Expertise
- Associate’s degree in electronics or Electronic Technician Certification ; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Must be eligible to access restricted U.S. military facilities.
- Core Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of electronic components, circuits, troubleshooting, and basic computer networking.
- Experience with PC setup, system networking, and at least one programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
- Professional Strengths
- Clear, confident communication skills—written and verbal.

- Capable of working independently or collaboratively across departments.
