What Will You Achieve?

• Be the driving force behind our tech setups at customer sites, ensuring every piece functions to perfection through expert installations and inspections.
• Impart wisdom as you diagnose and resolve product challenges, leveraging advanced diagnostic tools and your own expertise.
• Interact globally, with travel extending through Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, North America, and beyond – often having you stay overnight on jobs.
• Field calls, emails, and on-the-ground queries to empower and educate our customers.

Responsibilities Await:

• Champion installations, uphold rigorous standards, and certify warranty activations.
• Act as an ambassador of troubleshooting to tune and refine the technological solutions our clients depend on.
• Ensure comprehensive training services, help our client teams master and maintain equipment.

Who We’re Looking For:

Must have an engaging combination of skills and attitude!

• High school diploma or equivalent with a solid three to five-year technical career.
• Additional industry-specific certifications will shine on your resume!
• Your driver’s license should be clean, with a penchant for exploring and learning.
• Skillful communique in interpreting intricate blueprints and mechanical designs is key.
