Technical Sales - Robotics / Automation

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Novi, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience in Technical Sales of Robotics / Automation Systems and products, and account management, with a proven track record of success. This is a direct hire position, offering competitive salary, commission, and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide technical expertise to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Robotic and Automation sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
