Technical Sales Manager – Cutting Tools
Territory: Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Eastern New York, Eastern Maryland, Delaware
Up to $110,000 + Commission

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Representative to join a leading manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting technical partners across your territory.

Technical Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customer accounts across the Eastern U.S. territory.
• Promote and sell both standard and customized cutting tool solutions.
• Conduct regular visits with existing and prospective customers and sales partners.
• Deliver product training and technical seminars for partners.
• Provide technical support and application advice.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key markets.
• Prepare quotes for both standard and special tools.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to resolve complex challenges.

Technical Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Representative Requirements:

• Proven experience in cutting tools or related machining applications (drilling, milling, reaming, deburring).
• Strong understanding of materials including metals, alloys, and carbide.
• Ability to read technical drawings and clearly communicate technical concepts.
• Background in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
