W Talent Manufacturing are working with a leading precision metals manufacturer based in Coventry, renowned for their high-quality engineered components and strong reputation across the casting, forging, and machining sectors.\n\nAs part of their continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Technical Sales Manager to drive commercial success and strengthen customer relationships within key industrial markets.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver profitable growth. You'll combine technical understanding with commercial acumen to identify new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company's capabilities across a range of metals-based products and manufacturing processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.\nManage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities across relevant sectors (automotive, aerospace, energy, etc.).\nWork closely with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure technical alignment and project success.\nNegotiate commercial terms, quotations, and contracts with customers.\nProvide accurate market intelligence and feedback to support business planning and product development.About You\n\nWe're looking for a driven and technically minded sales professional with experience in the metals industry.
