Technical Sales Advisor in Basingstoke

Job DescriptionTechnical Sales Advisor  Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a leading business near Basingstoke on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This position will be working 20 hours per week.  Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Advisor:  Provide sales, technical and commercial support.  Receive and process sales enquiries/quotations. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Maintain and update CRM database. Capture and record relevant sales and technical data as required. Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times. Build relationships with other departments, such as accounts and warehouse. Requirements for this position:  Excellent telephone manner  Previous customer service experience Confident Microsoft user  Strong attention to detail Own transport due to rural location  The Technical Sales Advisor Role:  Monday – Friday  20 hours per week (must include 11am – 2pm)  Salary of £14,248 per annum  25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata  Company wide bonus scheme  If you have the required skills and interested in this position.
