Job Description
Technical Proposal Engineer
Miami, Florida - On site for 8 week training then fully remote (must be in or near Miami)
$100,000 - $136,000 + Commission + Bonus + Progression + Development + Autonomy + Healthcare + 401(k) + Holiday
Are you looking to work autonomously in a role with commission and technical progression? Are you looking for a role where you can support sales teams on business proposals across a wide range of customers and markets?
Do you have experience in the steel industry (or experience with Gears or Bearings) looking to step into a fully autonomous, high-earning role with uncapped commission and technical progression to take on larger sales proposals.
This award-winning company provide tailored engineered solutions rather than just products. Due to continual market dominance and exciting growth plans, they are now seeking an Technical Proposal Engineer to join and help manage their growth.
In this role you will work collaboratively across sales, engineering and finance to create sales proposals. Starting in the office but moving remote after training (2 months).
This is a great chance for a sales account manager/ customer relations manager to join a market leading business and work with autonomy, commission and with further progression available.
The Role:
- Support key accounts and generate new business across the US
- Provide technical solutions for end users in the steel and industrial sectors
- Earn monthly commission on every invoice paid, plus quarterly and annual bonuses
The Person:
- Knowledge of Power Transmission (Bearings, Gears, Chains, etc.)
- Confident in solution-based sales proposals
- Self-motivated with the drive to capitalize on a lucrative commission structure
