Location: Remote  - U.S. Only 

Citizenship: U.S. only from the states - Florida, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nebraska and Massachusetts.

Experience: 8+ years total | 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem

Travel: Occasional (client workshops or alignment sessions)


What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation programs from scoping through delivery.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams and ensure alignment with technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive integration projects across Salesforce, ERP (e.g., NetSuite), and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato).
• Deliver business value in fast-paced Private Equity-backed customers and M&A-driven environments.
• Execute structured project governance: planning, budgeting, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
  
  

What You Bring

• 8+ years of enterprise project delivery experience.
• 5+ years managing Salesforce implementations (Sales/Revenue/Education/Data Cloud).
• Experience working in PE transformation programs or M & A engagements is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• Salesforce certifications ; PMP/CSM is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
