Our organization is in search of a driven, career-focused Technical Project Manager to become a part of our team located in Quantico, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the acquisition, shipping, installation, configuration, and integration of multi-network systems for a global USMC initiative, ensuring a smooth "DISA-to-Desktop" framework.
• Plans, designs, and sustains the connectivity of enterprise systems and network resources, guaranteeing compliance and secure operations across classified networks and domains.
• Ensures the operational status, proper configuration, and strict adherence to DISA STIG requirements for all systems, servers, network switches, and routers; conducts regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Configures, maintains, and monitors firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Cisco Services Engine (ISE) for access control, implementing security protocols tailored for specialized USMC systems.
• Assists in the planning and execution of enterprise service connections across domains, enabling secure cloud computing architecture (SCCA), cross-domain solutions, and guards.
• Works closely with ISSOs and Cybersecurity Services Leads in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, providing documentation and guidance, while mentoring and training other NOC personnel and Junior Engineers.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (or four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree); a minimum of 9 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant Systems/Network Engineering capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of systems integration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, and comprehensive network security principles.
• Proficient in configuring and managing enterprise devices (routers, switches, firewalls) with practical experience in Cisco technologies (e.g., IOS, NX-OS) and security appliances (e.g., ASA firewalls, ISE).
• Demonstrated experience in securing classified networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS) and applying DISA STIGs; strong familiarity with NIST frameworks and RMF.
• Must possess an active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification at a minimum.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in implementing multi-vendor VoIP and VTC solutions within RMF environments.
• Familiarity with scripting/automation tools for system management; knowledge of the ITIL framework (ITIL Foundation certification ).
• Relevant advanced networking or systems certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or Red Hat).
• Previous experience supporting a USMC enterprise program or working at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., INDOPACOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM).

Clearance Requirements:

• Must hold a current/active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be eligible to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Travel Requirements:

• 25% travel required, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Physical Requirements:

• The individual in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. Occasional movement within the office is necessary to access file cabinets, office equipment, or to communicate with colleagues, management, and clients via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may include delivering presentations.
