Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Powertrain Engineering Operations team, focusing on power electronics systems within the automotive industry. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, testing, and validation of our power electronics projects, adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and performance targets. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a fast-paced environment, providing impactful solutions and ownership of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate teams for Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) development for power electronics systems.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and manage program timelines.
Schedule outsourced testing activities, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
Foster relationships with internal teams and external suppliers/vendors for critical components sourcing.
Prioritize tasks to meet key project milestones and deadlines, aligning with industry and safety standards.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven project management experience in the automotive industry, especially in power electronics.
Experience with DV/PV standards and practices.
Hands-on experience in power electronics systems testing and validation.
