Job Description

• 5+ years managing ECM upgrades in secure, high-compliance environments

• Experience with upgrade methodology (side-by-side/parallel)

\n

• Experience with ECM infrastructure literacy (OpenText, Oracle, .NET integration)

\n

• Experience managing technical debt and remediation

\n

• Experience working with Stakeholders.

\n

• Experience with UAT orchestration • Experience with risk and contingency planning

\n

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in administrative program coordination, including work at a government facility with multiple regulators, and preparing status reports, evaluations, and forecasts for professional services or equivalent work experience.
