Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Position Overview: The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, project management methodologies, and effective communication skills to coordinate between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
   • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
   • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
2. Team Coordination and Leadership:
   • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and other technical staff.
   • Facilitate regular team meetings, provide clear direction, and ensure effective communication.
   • Foster a collaborative environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
3. Stakeholder Management:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
   • Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
   • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
   • Allocate resources effectively and adjust as necessary to meet project requirements.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
6. Not required skills/knowledge, but :
   • Agile experience
   • Knowledge of SAFe practices
   • Ability to manage multiple priorities
   • Knowledgeable with Azure, Jira or similar software
   • Highly proficient communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
   • Comfortable with presenting and working with multiple levels of leadership.
