About the Role

This isn't a typical project management role. You'll lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and platform solutions that power real-world experiences—supporting creative teams, global deployments, and environments where reliability actually matters. From virtual desktop environments to large-scale installations, you'll be the connective tissue between engineering, operations, and the field—turning ambitious ideas into systems that work seamlessly in production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects across platform engineering and infrastructure services
• Lead deployment of VDI and remote compute solutions that enable artists, engineers, and distributed teams to work without limits
• Coordinate global rollouts—aligning internal teams, vendors, and field crews across regions and time zones
• Partner with engineering to bring together infrastructure, networking, and cloud services into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Manage vendors and integrators to ensure seamless delivery of hardware, software, and on-site implementations
• Build and drive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies—keeping execution sharp and predictable
• Act as the central point of alignment across engineering, operations, creative, and installation teams
• Ensure systems are built for performance, scalability, and reliability in live, high-stakes environments
• Develop repeatable deployment models that make future rollouts faster and more efficient
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders—providing visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions
• Support procurement and contract processes to keep projects moving without friction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects in infrastructure, platform engineering, or similar domains
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud/hybrid environments, and platform systems

Hand-on Experience delivering projects involving:

• Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
• Remote provisioning and distributed systems
• Cloud and/or hybrid infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead global deployments with distributed teams and field operations
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and external partners
• Strong communicator who can translate between technical teams and business or creative stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining clarity and forward momentum

Skills

• Experience in media, entertainment, themed experiences, or large-scale installations
• Familiarity with networking, storage, and remote access technologies
• Experience supporting field deployments or live production environments
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management background
• Experience working alongside creative or production teams
