Job Title: Technical Project Director – Offshore Wind – Germany Location: Flexible Salary: Competitive, with progression to Executive Leadership About the Company: A Global Renewable Energy Developer and Construction Business with a strong focus in Offshore Wind. Due to recent large contracts, the organisation is seeking a Technical Project Director to lead the development and execution of the electrical engineering scope, including wind turbine technology, foundation design, grid connection, and other relevant components, for an iconic Offshore Wind Farm project. The Role: Manage the end-to-end technical delivery (concept to completion) of an offshore wind farm project Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the electrical scope Drive the technical engineering to achieve key milestones Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders Progression to Portfolio Director The Person: The successful candidate will likely have: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 10+ year's experience in the renewables industry (5+ within the offshore sector) leading technical scopes and executing major projects Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Fluent in English (German is a bonus) The organisation is heavily ramping up their renewable energy activities across Europe and will be announcing further contracts in months to come.
