TITLE: Technical Program Manager
LOCATION: West Michigan
SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join a confidential manufacturing client located in West Michigan area. This person will be responsible to lead cross-functional engineering teams to successfully develop and launch new products. This role focuses on coordinating engineers, managing timelines, and ensuring resources are aligned so projects are delivered on schedule and meet technical requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead engineering teams in the development and launch of new products.
- Coordinate work across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams.
- Turn product requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and assign responsibilities to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep expectations and technical requirements aligned.
- Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and keep development moving forward.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to senior leadership.
- Support product launch activities including documentation, product validation, and release preparation.
- Assist with project planning, cost estimation, and quoting for future development opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or a combination of equivalent education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering environments such as product development, manufacturing, or testing.
- Experience leading engineering teams or managing technical projects.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration and coordination tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.

- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development frameworks.
- Automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or consumer electronic industries.
