Position Overview

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. This pivotal role bridges the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring strategic alignment while delivering measurable results. You'll oversee complete project lifecycles, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear communication to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

As our Technical Program Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals
• Track progress against key milestones and proactively identify/resolve potential roadblocks
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product, and business teams
• Drive accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within scope
