Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead robotics programs involving cross-functional teams and cutting-edge product development.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring successful delivery of innovative robotics products and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs to launch new products and services
- Drive end-to-end technical product execution from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Optimize operational processes and systems supporting product development
- Implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency
- Analyze and report on productivity and quality metrics
- Manage program stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
- Drive architectural alignment with internal and external partners
- Build knowledge base and training frameworks for scalable execution
- Support scaling of business operations across multiple partners
- Oversee high-intensity operations, including task scheduling and execution
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex programs
- Solid understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and operational optimization
- Excellent planning, execution, and organizational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience or knowledge in Robotics Product Management
- Exposure to scaling operations across multiple partners or ecosystems
